Sweet or Sour??

Jalen & Kaden decided to have a race to finish off the Sour Patch cotten candy. I had to get my camera & take some pictures of their faces. I think Kaden really did enjoy the taste. There were times I wondered if Jalen was going to throw it up. I love the picture of Kaden looking at Jalen wondering what he is changing into. It still makes me laugh looking at them.

At first, Jalen started his own fort. (He wants a snow ball fight)

Kaden is really proud of his fort.

Maren & the boys wanted to play in the snow. They shovelled all the snow from the deck to the lawn. Kaden went down the hill a few times to pack it down. Then they dug it out. They used several things, shovels, rakes, snow scrapper. I think I know now how my dad felt when things were borrowed & then found in the spring. In fact, I do have 2 shovels. One is missing...somewhere out in the snow from an earlier fun time in the back yard.

Last Thursday when the boys were home from school, they decided to build a fort. This fort was HUGE! it was from all the snow shoveled from the driveway. They had tons of fun.
